Can I customise the colours and design of my decoration package?
Absolutely. Most of our packages can be customised to match your preferred colours, theme, and event style. We also offer personalised signage and custom wording.
How much notice is required to make a booking?
To ensure availability and allow sufficient time for planning and preparation, we recommend booking at least two weeks before your event date. Due to high demand and existing bookings, our minimum booking notice is generally its 1 week before the event. If your event is approaching sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to availability. If your event is approaching soon, please contact us as early as possible, and we will do our best to create a beautiful setup for your special occasion.
