Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are separate from the decoration or hire price.

Once delivery has been arranged and the delivery service has been completed, the delivery fee is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Additional delivery charges may apply where the booking requires:

Long-distance carrying
Multiple flights of stairs
Difficult access
Limited or unsuitable parking
Significant distance between parking and the setup location
Other unusual delivery requirements

Mostafa and his team were an absolute lifesaver for my sister-in-law's baby shower! I was scrambling last minute to find someone and felt so nervous about booking. Thankfully, I found them on Facebook Marketplace. Their communication was incredible from the start – they were super efficient, reassuring, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. They delivered exactly what was pictured, if not better, making the balloons look even fuller than I imagined. I was so relieved they pulled through and exceeded my expectations.
