Cancellation & Refund Policy

At After Hours Decoration, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while also accounting for the time, administration, preparation, materials, labour, and event date reserved specifically for each booking.

This policy applies to decoration services, balloon decorations, floral decorations, event packages, personalised decorations, and other services provided by After Hours Decoration.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that a customer may have under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

From my initial inquiry until the final setup, Mustafa was incredibly responsive to all my messages. He was also highly accommodating to all my requests, making sure every detail was considered.

The set up itself was exactly what I wanted—it truly transformed the venue and created the perfect celebratory atmosphere. What really stood out was his dedication: Mustafa actually waited at the venue until we arrived just to make absolutely sure we were happy with everything before he left.

Mostafa and his team were an absolute lifesaver for my sister-in-law's baby shower! I was scrambling last minute to find someone and felt so nervous about booking. Thankfully, I found them on Facebook Marketplace. Their communication was incredible from the start – they were super efficient, reassuring, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. They delivered exactly what was pictured, if not better, making the balloons look even fuller than I imagined. I was so relieved they pulled through and exceeded my expectations. Even right up to the event, Mostafa and his team were so kind, lovely, and adaptable to our needs and kept checking in to make sure we were on the same page. Which took so much stress off and worth the money. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely be booking with them for my next event.
